Unexpected Downtime and Slowness on Petopia

We've had a couple of incidents lately with the site either being offline or loading extremely slowly. These were related to the data center we currently use. (That's the facility that houses the physical server machines.)

The problems have effected not only all my sites but my husband's, our server admin's, and the sites we host as well. But even if it were just these forums, I'd want to get it fixed ASAP!

We're in the process of finding a new data center that won't have these problems and which will work with us more quickly when something comes up. We hope to make the move as soon as possible. There will be some minor downtime for the forums when that happens although the main Petopia site will remain accessible.

No, the move is behind the scenes. Everything here is moving to a new physical location (hence the downtime).
