Same here. I think the only old world drake that can rival this is the Azure Drake And that’s basicly a wilight drake with armor. X3

Well today was a fun day. Finally got into the molten front and realized it’s a ghost town. Only one other person was there during my trips to and from the zone and every single rare seemed to be up at once. At long last I obtained my lava spider and not a moment too soon. I fell in a hole trying to kite her >.<’

Then a few hours later when I came back to do the quests I found a pretty little kitty waiting for me on an island. ;3 Haven’t decided on a permanent name yet.



Also managed to rehome Skoll to a very happy dwarf so it was a great pet day.
On the other hand I was notified by a friend that “he who tries to take my mounts and shall not be named” has decided to camp TLPD. Why? Because he noticed I was camping it and he doesn’t want me to get a mount he doesn’t have yet. (Even though he wasn’t really even bothering with it until he saw me camping. >.<)
He will probably get bored in a day or two though. I wish him luck in his hunt but as of right now- OH ITS ON!
On a side note my theory was proven once again that rares only spawn when you are afk as Vyragosa spawned right ontop of me just minutes after I left to go inspect the baby bird my brother found. >.<
P.S The bird is perfectly fine and is clearly a fledgling and will be returned back home to his parents in the morning when the hoard of little kids who found him have lost interest and wont try to catch him again. Cute lil bugger though I should post a pic some time. :3

I still don't know how you manage with those big buttons on the UI ~ (i havent used the blizzard UI in probably 4 years) ~ then again ADD works better with Bartender (so you can spread your buttons all over the place)

Hahaha I know right? My screen is a suppermassive mess of buttons xD I really should try and upgrade to something sleeker. Tried out a different character portrate a few weeks back and it really messed me up and since then I have been kind of reluctant to do anything new to my screen.

And thank you ^.^ glad to have all my big must have pets tucked away in the stable now. And an update on the bird he was returned home safe and sound. Very goofy little thing- parents thought he was adorable. =)

As for my TLPD camp it has been going much more smoothly. I have finally figured out the rhythm of the spawns. The bad news is they spawn around 6 sever time and then again around 11 server time. (give or take 30 min) I log in at 6:00 and log out at 11:30 which explains why I kept missing kills by the skin of my teeth >.<
“He” has been gone the past two days. I think the new horde camper probably discouraged him since he has been practically living at the #1 spot since Saturday. xD The new guy is really nice though he seems content to share his camping spot but I decided to move to the waterfall since he has invested so many hours of camping and it would be kind of rude to camp on top of him. Let him know I killed Vyra last night and we had a quick chat, very polite guy, very refreshing since so many campers ignore you.

Pst. If you want a simple to use and really, really clean UI, try TukUI. It's really handy and I haven't used another UI in over two years now!

EDIT. Bleh missed the TLPD again. Wasn’t feeling too good and got on like 10 min later then usual and logged in right on top of a dead drake again. Seems like every time the stars align in my favor I end up being afk and miss it. Why do you do this to my TLPD? Whyyy? >.<

Phew what a long day! Graduation went really well although it sucked up 90% of my day and I’m pooped. (-_-) z z z
My sister was kind enough to keep an eye out for TLPD for me while I was gone. (And also MADE an Irken invader T-shirt for me- amazing!) Got back home and was camping TLPD when I got this funny feeling…. You know…that superstitious rare mount spidy-senses-are-tingling feeling we all sometimes get. I just really felt the need to go do a run for my blue proto drake… And lo and behold….


Fallowing the usual tradition the run sucked. Forgot my tank pet, supper laggy, kept running too close to mobs and breaking cameo… Almost died on boss pull because I messed up my MD macro and kept pulling mobs off my pet. (Perhaps i should be sloppy more often? It seems to be good luck.) I was lucky enough to claim him in only 11 kills. ohmygosh
I think this is so cool. Being a dragon freak I thought it was awesome that I would graduate in the year of the dragon. Then on my graduation day the Blizz Gods gifted me with this lovely.


Still on the hunt for TLPD but after years of waiting and wanting, my wish for a proto has come true so I am quite satisfied right now. ^.^

(phew sorry for being so quiet. Been kind of busy lately.)

so I have been sitting here in storm peaks for a few weeks now. Me and Partof (goblin priest.) have become friends and are always watching each others backs and exchanging the last seen vyra’s and dead TLPDs. But after my 14th vyra sighting I decided I needed to go do something less monotonous.

So I started running ZG. It has been frustrating since everyone skips 2/3rds of the instance. It took me five days to get a group that didn’t skip blood lord. No mount but i did run in to a familiar face. At long last I was reunited with the baby raptor that they had stolen from me. I loved the story behind her and absolutely fell in love with the little thing. Its also cool how she will bring you bones from the things you kill. Welcome home Fang I missed you. (I uh…I then took her to northrend to let her see where we would probably be living for the next few months. /cough >_>


I also spent some time reading in Dal and managed to get this achieve. I have to say the teleport book is pretty cool.

…I also felt the need to show my new pet where we would be spending the next few months. >_>


Also today my friend got really bored so I told him to make a os3d 10 man and look who finally managed to score a winning roll on her own? Here I am farming arch on my new black drake.


So after a week of leveling arch and farming relentlessly I have collected quite a few fun trinkets. I may even go for the Bug mount. But the one I have been after is the raptor mount. I was just about to toss in the towel since I was having zero luck with fossils. But just as I'm settling down in storm peaks to Dc I notice I have enough fossils to solve a few more artifacts and look at what I run in to.

Cant want to finish it tomorrow ieee!

One thing I learned is the blue drake/tlpd like each other. I got the blue drake the same day I found a tlpd corpse, then I got tlpd a few days after I got my blue drake on Saon its an odd... odd thing. GL on your hunt I know youll get it! TLPD was my toughest camp but by far the most rewarding

Well I missed TLPD again… two days in a row >.< friend of a friend got it Friday just before I logged on and Partof got it today just a few min after I left the zone. (Time lost must hate me.)
I’m really happy for Partof though. It was nice having a reasonable person as camping company even if he was camping against me and he definitely deserved it. I will kind of miss hanging out with him.

On the other side of things I am now ilvl 392. (Although there is still some pvp gear in the mix) so I decided to go try out some soloing again. As luck would have it I was in deepholm when a world boss spawned right on top of me. No one in the guild felt like taking her on so I went in alone and wow- I actually beat her! O.o pet took a beating but it was a comfortable fight. Zum came in near the end and helped me finish her off though so he could drag me into SSC. (bleh.)
feeling all big and tough i spent the rest fo the day seeing if i had improved in raid soloing. Almost soloed TK but I am having problems with MC and pulling the phoenixes off my pet since they keep spawning right on top of him. Ony still sucks but I managed to get into the second phase on maly this time so I’m doing better! Slabhide is now on my farming list- nice easy solo. I’m at 12 runs right now. Need to go see if I can kill his cousin over in uldum.


Avd ending on a good note… here is my new skelly raptor. Mwahaha!

Yuck. Friend came back to wow and talked me in to going in to a HoT with him to help him get some new gear. I reluctantly agreed since I was TLPD camping. (of course) But figured what the heck it will be quick and he’s already spawned TWO DAYS in a row. The chances of a third spawn seemed kind of ridiculous. The run was supper smooth and quick and I was able to return to camping relatively fast.
Just not fast enough.
Found him dead just a few seconds flight from my camping spot again! >.<
ok missed him three days in a row now in a zone that is now almost completely empty. This is getting discouraging. I have been camping about 2-3 hours a day (our of 6 hours of play time) so far but maybe its time I go hard-core and just spend all my wow time in the mountains until I run this sucker down because every single time I turn my back I come back to a corpse. Things keep up like this and soon my dead TLPD sightings will outnumber my vyra kills.

Yeah! Those were the ugly, malnourished, MEAN protos! I’m waiting for the nice one. >_>
On the up side of thing I was having trouble with the 4th phase of the tk boss fight since my pet just looovved to bug. So I took my friend Rackball with me on his hunter and we owned him. No mount but it only took three tries. (pet bugging problems really, we got the fights down really well.) he was so shocked that we were able to do it, especially since I tried to walk some guildies through 3 manning it and had no luck. So we have both agreed that we definitely need to put this thing on farm status. Looks like we both finally have a way to get our coveted ashes.

I spent a good five hours in Storm peaks today until vyra spawned. Figured I had just enough time left to do my molten front stuff and maybe a few other quests. After molten front however I decided what the heck, I want to go farm stone core. 3 runs in and look who comes to say hello.
Love this guy ^.^ 22 kills in all. Its so easy to solo I wouldn’t have minded a longer farm since it only takes me 6 minutes. But I’m glad to have him. Its kind of relaxing down there though, maybe I should take my mage friend for a few runs. XD
