I've been taking care of our neighbour's cat, Tiggy, while they are away on holiday for a fortnight. I've been hoping for a chance to take photos of more than my drawings, and Tig gave a perfect opportunity. I've not thought to ask what breed he is, but one thing's for sure: he's fluffy. Very, very fluffy. He's also extremely affectionate around people he knows well (especially if he knows we feed him!) and subdued around, but not afraid of, strangers. My younger brother goes to see him each evening, and I join him if I'm not busy (usually raiding) with our dad and step-mum checking on him in the mornings. Whatever the weather Tig's almost always there to greet us. If he's awake.

Unfortunately my little brother's leg got caught in this shot. This is mainly because Tig insisted on nuzzling our legs before allowing a semi-decent photo to be taken. Just look at that face~ My favourite shot that I managed to get of him.

Tiggy's shed. This is -his- place along with the large garden and larger field next door. You can see he just finished eating here: that's biscuit dust all over his whiskers.

Experimenting with some movement shots. Pretty good, considering I'm an amateur at photography.

He wouldn't stop licking his lips for this one xD
Sadly we only have a few days left to look after him, so we make sure to give him plenty of attention
