New (old) raptors?

I was hanging out in stormwind on the beta and i ran into a night elf hunter who was with a raptor pet and it had the skin of a orange riding mount for the horde! i was able too take screen shots of him but sadly i dont know how too post it. im not sure if this is known yet but id love for you guys too see if they are tameable now. id go look myself but i have no idea where too find this guy at
