gah! What to do...

Hey guys! Long time no... type...

So much has changed for me since I was on here last. I graduated from college. I moved in with my boyfriend (unfortunately we don't have our own place yet, so I guess it mostly counts as moving out...). I have a job at an ER vet clinic working nights.

Uh, well, it seemed like more changes when I was thinking about it.

Anyways, SWTOR kind of bombed out for me. I leveled my sage to 50 after weeks and weeks because I just couldn't sit down and play for more than an hour. I tried a bounty hunter and had some fun but that fizzled out for me too. I actually cancelled my subscription a week or so ago because I don't want to pay for a game I'm not playing. So without SWTOR and WoW (not since August anyway) I got back into the Sims 3 thing and wasted a lot of time with that. I bought GW2 and have been involved in the beta testing and can't get enough of it!! I love it! Unfortunately, there's no date set for when that's actually coming out and beta weekends aren't pre-set so I'm... bored... :/ I work mostly nights and now that my boyfriend finally has a job I can't even pester him during the day.

I guess the main thing I wanted to ask was how WoW is doing? I'm completely out of the loop and have been on MMO-Champion but that seems to be mostly Pandaria stuff, which I'm not going to be buying. I was thinking I could resub to WoW until GW2 comes out then cancel and move on to my Ranger!

So yeah, how's WoW going right now? I don't have a guild anymore (as far as I know) so I'd be pretty much just playing to play/fart around guildless. Also, is there a set date for Pandaria? If it's coming out in a month or so I'm not sure if I should renew my account, since I won't be buying the expansion anyway.

Hiya Miraga! Good to see you back.

WoW's going well. There isn't any new content if that's what you're inquiring about, Hour of Twilight was the last major patch bringing the 3 new dungeons and Dragon Soul.

Diablo III went live last week so many people have been playing that, myself included.

Mists of Pandaria has no announced date right now, but many are expecting a late summer release. I expect we'll be hearing a date soon though.

I wasn't concerned about content so much as activity, I guess. I'm not a raider so that sort of new content isn't that big of a deal for me. I forgot that D3 was out so I bet a lot of people are playing that right now. I think I'm just going to go ahead and buy another month. The worst I'll be out is $15 if I get bored again and decide not to play but I've been there before, obviously. I'm hoping that because I haven't played for several months the game will feel a bit more fun for me, know what I mean? Maybe I just need to roll a new character on a new server and see how that goes. I'm horrified of not having any money or heirlooms but maybe having a challenge will make up for it...? rofl.

I wonder if the new pet battles will require the expansion? Blizz said they wanted it to be available to beginning characters...
