Awwwww, it's ok, it would just be a small flesh wound. I would totally feign death and let it reset and be on it's merry way once I'd disengaged, promise!Kalliope wrote:And now I'm crying. Wait till they reach phase 2 of their plans and start dressing them in tiny, short schoolgirl skirtsSpiritbinder wrote:but if they end up going down this path and making to many of the new minipet models with these massive "Manga" eyes, yeah... I'll be put off even more, I'm not a huge fan

Not an actual pet, which is why they said -actual pet-. Only thing engi's can do is a short spawn summon from a trinket/item thing.Slickrock wrote:engineers have been doing that since Vanilla... just sayin'...Albain wrote:engineers are getting the ability to create an actual pet dragonling too - that mechanical could be the trinket /or/ could be the pet. Well, we've crafted other pets before. That would be a nice change, as the temporary ones get forgotten quickly.Meggers wrote:Not an actual pet, which is why they said -actual pet-. As I recall, none of the starting area pets in Cata got flagged until very late in the beta. Wouldn't be too worried about that as of yet.Slickrock wrote:Oh, and the panda starting zone... nothing is tameable yet. I wonder if they'll let us have anything? If not, Pandas are not going to see any of the new pets till 85...

thank you Ashaine and Kurenio!!!!
Yeah, I'm a bit perplexed that people are actually happy over the TSA nerf, so they can bring a crit pet.. /boggle.Sasrei wrote:Wait.. people were holding out hope that this hunter tier would be awesome? I lost hope for "awesomeness" a long time ago... so I wasnt shocked at all! Me I am holding out hope for some good new for hunters, not too fun reading patch notes and seeing "nerf" or no hydras.. you think id get used to that to..

You realize that in a raiding situation, that buff is usually covered, right? So we don't "have" to bring anything.Slickrock wrote:Yeah, I'm a bit perplexed that people are actually happy over the TSA nerf, so they can bring a crit pet.. /boggle.Sasrei wrote:Wait.. people were holding out hope that this hunter tier would be awesome? Yes, but it still is a nerf to soloing, and it's quite possible for the buff to be missing in 5-mans, especially with challenge modes.Kalliope wrote:You realize that in a raiding situation, that buff is usually covered, right? TSA is a passive aura; it wouldn't match up with any other class's buffs if our aura had two effects.

Really late to this party, but it does look much better on a female blood elf. Still, I never show helms because I hate them (I even go so far as to not give my companions helms in SWTOR, that's how much I hate them). Without the helm, the shoulder looks really out of place. The rest of it has nice coloration, but the appearance itself looks like green-quality gear from Cataclysm. In my opinion, anyway.Vephriel wrote:I really like this set.
It reminds me of Northrend gear, which is why I think it's appealing to me.
