Yes, but it still is a nerf to soloing, and it's quite possible for the buff to be missing in 5-mans, especially with challenge modes.

Regarding soloing, it's kind of nice for all hunter specs to get the passive AP buff, which I would say was the most useful soloing buff out of the three. As someone who solos as marks quite a bit, I don't feel that this is a nerf, since just having the AP buff on the beta is the same as it is on live.

Five mans previously didn't require min/maxing. Undergeared challenge modes might, but I have no doubt that once everything is on farm, we'll be back to free choice.

Not giving us an Agi buff pet would be a bigger nerf, IMO. When soloing the more difficult content the crit buff pets aren't usually the pets of choice. Even agi pets aren't usually chosen, although if we do get an agi pet the ability to make it tenacity may change that. IDK, taking away crit as a baseline buff brought by us rather than our pets just isn't a big deal to me. Sure, it's technically a nerf but not really a huge one, IMO.

Baby Cloud Serpents and a tiger mount, woohoo! Love the tiger, and the Cloud Serpents are so cute, oversized eyes and all.

When I first saw the Tier 14 set, my first reaction was "Oh. Dear. God." But yes, on a Blood Elf, it does look a lot better. That being said, it is simply not an impressive-looking set in my view, certainly not in comparison to the others.
