just came to notice that there are tameable goats in Vale of the Eternal Blossoms,in the far southwest,called Black Bengal Goats.they are not black though,they currently use the same color as the other tameable one.

Yes, it looks like a bug with the model rather than a deliberate change. As people have reported on other threads it looks like the model currently always displays goats as brown, no mater what you set them to.
