Currently, there isn't a engineering requirement on it. Perhaps you could just have any of your other engineer's create and use one, and it would be on all toons?
One is for Goblin, and another for Gnomish I believe
Yeah, I only have the two engineers, one of each spec - so if I want to make the goblin engineering mount myself, I have to level her.
