Tamable ravens

Back to topic, I'm amused that the moment I tame and click with a Bird of Prey (a Black Owl), does the Raven come out and taunt me. I even said 'Oh, if a Raven becomes tamable, I'd get one no hesitation!'
Well, now I don't know ^_^;

I'm happy that they are there, but will I tame one... not sure. I'll have to try one out in Beta.

The only true scavenging birds are the vultures, buzzards, and condors. Crows, ravens, seagulls, and the like are predator/scavenger. WoW splits them up in a simple way based on eating habits, if it split them based on things like genus and species we'd have a thousand families to deal with XD

I foresee...many ravens named either Nevermore or Munin in our future, just like the army of seagulls named Steve or Steven. They are quite raven-like. Personally I am more of a crow person, but I will definitely pick one up on my horde hunter.

As for their classification, Ellaran pretty much summed it up I believe.
