Stampede Question (Glitched Pets)

I'm really putting my beta access to shame this week.

Two questions.

1) Can the pets that are summoned via Stampede be damaged?

2) If so, if a glitch pet (http://forums.wow-petopia.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7093) dies, does it lose its effect? I.e., the Ghostpaw Runner loses its ghost form upon death.

they can be damaged, so yes they can die.
Stampede used to glitch for me and leave one of the pets summoned.
It would produce more aggro than my actual main pet, take damage and die. Though if its heart of the phoenix skill was up it would use it and revive itself so i was running with two pets out for the longest time.

So your Glitched pet would (i assume) lose its effect. But havent blizzard fixed all the effect pets in MOP already?
I thought i read it on here somewhere.

No, if someone has a visual effect pet it still has its effects. I think people were just scared about it for a while because there was a bug earlier that made the oil-stained wolf look more normal.
