In where, Nazrim, a kobold, has a name that is very similar to Nazrin, a mouse youkai, and the name of the quest, A Tiny Clever Commander being a reference to her theme song, A Tiny, Tiny, Clever Commander http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jumPYqjkwaA
(Not saying Kobolds as a race are a refrence; Kobolds are much MUCH older then Touhou AFAIK, the only refrences being in names)
