Mu'Shiba was targettable and attackable (but not tameable), but not the other quilen. Do they join the fight later or something? I was soloing and couldn't last long enough to find out. ;)
The reds are the last pack pulled before the final boss - they all come at once. >_< I'm not sure about the quilen in the big fight early in the instance. I did notice the boss's brown quilen was flagged tameable, but am unsure if he can be tamed or if he's already controlled. He's level 87 on normal.

So is the green Madexx the only skin that will still be unique to Madexx?

I'm not sure if the model is already in the game somewhere ( I didnt see it in the wolf section). It is basically a WotLK model wolf but transparent. Ordo Warbringer spawns 4 spirit wolves during the fight and before taming, they have a unique bluish glow that doesn't seem to stick after completing the tame. I wonder if there is some trick to keeping the glow similar to the oily coat in Borean Tundra. it also keeps the spirit wold portrait on the target HUD.

But there aren't any reds, unless they spawn later in the fight (or I was just unlucky and didn't see any due to rng) :)

There's only the brown, Mu'Shiba, (who gives an already controlled error) and a bunch of whites and greys that weren't attackable at all at that point of the fight. Do they activate once Mu'Shiba is killed?

Err, sorry - the final boss of the instance, not the encounter. :) I think that's why the reds were removed from the early half of the instance.

Oh, I see! Sorry, we got our wires crossed. :) I haven't been able to get that far in solo, and those quilen aren't on the list yet. :)

Awesome, thanks :) Unless they're mentioned somewhere in the thread and haven't made it to the main page yet. As you might have guessed I'm trying to survey the quilen atm to see what may have changed since they were listed and what may be missing.

Yes please. I'm worried that things listed as tameable may not actually be in practice. I wonder how many "already controlled" errors are hidden by the fact that things were only beast lored.

ImageDeepSeaCrabOrange (purple markings): it is used by Kalan'ji in VEB, but she's level 91

Quilen Guardians, level 87.

They can be tamed, with GREAT difficulty. Even with the tame beast glyph, it took a freeze trap and a HoJ from the pally tank to get him to stay on me long enough to tame. (Thanks so much to my very accommodating pug!) But it does work. :)

Not sure if it was mentioned because theres so many pages and i have to get off the comp but the lurking basilisks in Zul Drak are tameable they have a pretty cool color of green with purple crystals, color seems to look nicer in game as its also very yellow from behind.

If they were then yeah sorry!

Another quilen missing from the list: Wulon <The Granite Sentinel>, in the Guo-Lai Halls in VEB. It's a grey stone quilen. Tameable. Activates even if you don't have the daily quest to kill it, but I think it only appears on the days that quest is available. It was missing other days. I stupidly didn't record its level. Will have to wait till tomorrow!

Oh and the Granite Quilen has had its name fixed (used to be Granite Quilin and still listed as that :) )

Hee, they're there. :) Wain and I took a field trip to visit those guys, both in quest and non-quest form. :D The Grizzly Hills lighting suits him, though! Lovely pics. :)
