But that doesnt mean others like myself wouldnt want them in-game as tameables (i hope i made that make sense.. i do want them tameable, but i dont understand how to phrase that sentence to make sense... i hope it does make sense >_>) ;) Ive been wanting the dark black since tbc was released, its just so smexyyyy /drool

Aaaaanyways -casually drifs off back to the dragonhawk thread to oogle at the colors and read posts-

-pops back in quickly-

I hope they dont raise Savage's lvl like they have been everyone else ;_;

Some of the others seemed out of place since their level was so much lower than the zone they were in, so I always figured they were likely placeholder levels. Savage, however, is in the starter area, so I don't see why he'd need to be raised.

I'm so lazy...much too lazy to see if this has already been posted.

The blue and red wasp you summon for "Needle Me Not", one of the Cloud Serpent dailies, is tameable. Screenies attached, and sorry if this is a repeat :)

EDIT: Duh, it's the same skin as stinglasher from feralas. /facepalm

It doesn't matter if it's an old skin, it's still useful info and I can't see it listed :)

However, do you have any info? Like its name and level? :)

Thanks :)

Fixed up the Windward tiger family:

Windward Tigers are all red, tameable
Windward Alphas are all brown, tameable
Windward Saber (solitary one for a quest) is now white (not frost), tameable
Windward Huntress is (solitary, quest flagged, in cave) still black, NOT tameable
The cubs have changed to Young Windward Tigers (all in the cave with the huntress) and are all red, but NOT tameable

All level 90, non elites. All on Windward Isle.

Also in JF, in The Widow's Wail cave system:

Image
Weeping Widow - Cannot be Tamed - Level 90 - Spider (hostile)

Image
Widowspawn - Cannot be Tamed - Level 90 - Spider (little spiders running about the cave, neutral)

ImageImageImage
Frenzied Caterpillar - Tameable - Level 90 - Worm (hostile) (random chance of being spawned when Widow's Webs are opened)

It looks like Dusky Owls (grey owls in JF) have been renamed to Duskstalkers now. If you happen to know that I'm wrong, and birds still exist under the other name as well, please let me know. They have the purple shadow effect on them before taming.

Wild Stalkers (JF) are now black.

Wild Huntresses seem to be unlisted but are the pink-nosed orange, level 85, tameable. Perhaps they are just Bamboo Huntresses renamed?

I also wonder if Bamboo Prowlers (black) are gone. Maybe they were merged with Wild Stalkers.

Also added Thicket Stalkers (85, black tigers) and Lightwing Hunters (85 white owls), both tameable, to JF. They're way up north and I suspect they may have directly replaced Tidemist Stalkers and Tidemist Hunters, respectively (along with a colour change).

In KW:
Krasari Huntress now red, Krasari Mauler now brown.

Added Ruined Guardian, which is just another quest-activated grey stone quilen.

ALso, just a note: it looks like the Zouchin Tiger in the north of KLS (by the beach area) is the only one in the game that uses that appearance ("SiberianTigerOrange"), which has a black nose. All the other orange ones seem to have a pink nose, which is "SiberianTiger".

Trained Zandalari Raptors are now called Trained Amani Raptors. They also changed colour and are now the yellow-orange skin with blue stripes. Sadly they also now give an "already controlled" message so are no longer tameable.

Zandalari Riding Raptors are now called Gurubashi Riding Raptors. Fortunately they're still tameable! And have the same two colours.

Tamed Hyenas along the beach also now give the "already controlled" message.

With that, and a bunch of other renamings of NPCs in the area, it looks like they want the Zandalari to just be commanders of the attack rather than the soldiers. They seem to be directing the other tribes.
