And my best guess would be a month or so prior to MoP's actual release since we always get a fluff event.
So I agree with the guess of the 9/4/2012 or earlier.
On second thought, since they haven't announced that they are/aren't changing the heroic mode droprates just yet...I hope it's not untill the 4th as I am scheduled on the 21st for a heroic DW mount. @_@
But if they do decide that they'll keep the rates untill mop hits then whatever, let it release sooner! Haha
Lol I agree with you Megg, I am scheduled for either this tuesday or next tuesday for the heroic DW mount and the 27th for Heroic rag mount.
So I really am hoping they do not touch the drop rates atleast until Mop.
