How is the store at the moment anyway? I'm sure it'll get better in time after all that is how F2P MMO's get their moneys. I only know that you can get skins.

Well that's 2 more slots then i thought for a free to play mmo. 5 would give me 2 Charr, 1 Asura, 1 Norn (that raven form looks cool! but so does the cat and wolf) and 1 other.

This would've annoyed me, that you have to pay for more slots, but then I realised we don't have to pay a subscription fee. And it's optional. So this sounds good and clever to me. (:

Yup, I have zero issues with it. 5's a good number since it lets you have one of each race if you'd like, and enough of a variety so you can try out most profession types.

I'm so pleased by the game that I have no problem supporting them for making it so wonderful. I'll definitely be purchasing at least 3 more character slots next week so I can have one of each profession. I think it only equates to about $10 per character slot which is perfectly reasonable in my opinion. With no subscription fee they have to have some form of revenue, and I feel like throwing some money at them in gratitude for such a great game!

I was in PC World today and saw some new GW2 mice, mousepads and headsets. It was so tempting to buy something, their art style is beautiful. But I think I'll wait until I know I like the game. (;

Indeed I hear Everquest is getting it's like 19th expack soon! I think that is F2P I dunno >.<

I don't understand what's confusing, the conversation parts got moved here since it was general game discussion rather than posting screenshots. If there's images it's the screenshots thread, if it's discussion it's this one.

The topic, veph. Look at the top of the replies. It keeps saying screenshots thread when it's not when they quote something from it. So if someone sees it from the front of the forum, it shows up as "Post subject: Re: GW2 Screenshots Thread [Img Heavy]". It keeps tricking me everytime I see it, that's all.

How does everyone like their characters' personal story lines?

I have a Char in the Blood Legion with Dinky as a pal and a char in the Ash Legion with Maverick as a pal because I wanted to see if picking certain things made a difference. And yeah it does.

I love the story line that I'm guessing came with picking the Legions so I can't wait to see what happens with the choices I picked for the father. My Blood's father is a Flame Shaman while the Ash's father is an honourless gladium.

I'm loving my character story so far.

I chose to join the Order of Whispers and my first big assignment with them was an amazing quest where we had to disguise ourselves as pirates, infiltrate their dock, then have me distract them all with a drinking contest which was hilarious and fun to win.

God I love this game.
