This is tårnfalks hit and expertise

The 7.5% Expertise is necessary to not miss from behind a target, such as in boss fights when the bosses back should be turned towards you. I'm not sure what a "cap" would be for forward facing targets...

so even with capped expertise from behind lvl 40 mobs can still dogdge a lvl 85 shots if im facing from the front? - thats kinda silly ;P

Aren't skull-level mobs always considered max level for the purposes of calculating hit and dodge? How many dodges are you getting? Does trash dodge?

When i shoot arcane shot at him he dodge 2 times before i killed him...
and i did not notice on trash.. but he aint skull lvl ? he was gray to me on the lvl thingie... i think... must check..
