Just tried that out. Can't seem to get in range before they phase out. I haven't quested at all in that zone, so maybe they will unlock at some point. I can go try out that other turtle I like for a while.
Edit: Woops! I just got really, really close and they reappeared! Woohoo! Still a level too high, but good to know I can still get one.
are phased in some way I can unlock? I'd like one, and I ran all the way up to where they are as soon as I hit 87 and was quite disappointed when they disappeared on me. Also, the one I did briefly see was 88, but I'm more concerned about the phasing.
