What about these guys?
In the first post he mentioned:
A note: I am NOT adding creatures like wyverns or griffins, not to mention dragons, because I seriously doubt they would ever be made tameable.

When I saw these guys the 1st time I logged in to TBC (1st toon created that expansion was a belf ;) ) I thought to myself, WoW... must come back and tame one of those suckers later, they are pretty dam cool :D

Alas, untamable, but I've always had a soft spot for them from the beginning. As much as they are not the biggest of pets, they certainly look and act like ferocious little buggers

As much as I do really like these guys, I'm unfortunately going to have to side on the... "it's not a beast anymore, it's just dead" side.

In fact, this sucker is so dead, these is not a scrap of flesh left on the poor fellow. I know we already have a lot of oddball cases thus far as you mentioned a few (and even the undead eagle model looks very... undead (though I'm not gonna complain about it's availability, they just look so dam awesome with an undead hunter) but at least they still have a few feathers and flesh left I guess ;)

I'm just guessing if they allow us to tame something this undead, it could open the floodgate to a gamete of other things that they really don't want us taming. But who knows really, it's blizzards call to make, but again, I certainly would not complain if these guys became tamable, they are a very neat model indeed. :)

I think the skeletal windserpent would be a perfect spirit beast for that reason. :) A dark spirit perhaps, with some shadowy tendrils.

Ah true, I guess most spirit beasts do have an "dead/ghost/spirit" like quality to them, and I would most certainly love to see a "darker" themed spirit beast. I've always Image'ed the windsepent animation too (when I 1st saw my 1st hunter on my friends computer when he was playing wow, he was in the barrens, and the hunter had a windserpent. I was all like "Holy Moly WTH is that! That is soooooo coooooooool  "

Though for me, any reptilian spirit beast would make me happy I think, variety is the spice of life... Serpent, Windserpent, Raptor, Crocolisk, etc... bring it on! :D

Every time I see a skeletal windserpent or a pterrodax I want to tame it!!

Mantid tanks look pretty awesome I hadn't seen them before, would make a good pet!

Gonna bump this to try and encourage future discussion of "Hydras plz?" and the like into this topic.
It's just nicer to me to see one huge active topic about wanting certain untameables, than six or seven topics with three replies each.

I'm sure everyone knows I'm dying for Yaks and Mushan. But a skeletal windsperpent?? Yes please! That and tameable talbuks pretty much sum up my list.

Me too. Need some zhevra love! But overall I'd love to see more hoofed mammals on the list in general. Panderan Goats are a great first step in the right direction.

I've wanted a clefthoof since I first saw them. Though, strangely enough I have no interest in the rhinos. :D

I've also keep waiting to see if they'll ad the ground snakes to the serpent family or I suppose a new family, I just love how they look.

I've never thought of it but the mana serpent would be an awesome pet.

Speaking of pets wanting to tame back in the begining. I knew I could have three pets and for some reason I got it in my mind you could have land air and water pets. I was sooo disappointed I couldn't tame a thresadon. I know they will never become tamable, but I still occasionally think back to when I first one saw one, fell in love and wanted to tame it. :D

Has anyone seen Spaz?

I had the Spirit of Atha. I loved him! Very cute and sometimes awkward animations so I called him Spaz. One day I returned to WoW to find he was no longer in my stable and no longer tameable. Yet some people kept theirs? Every time I return to WoW and still cannot tame him again it makes me sad. (and angry that mine was apparently removed while others were not)

Add me to the growing list of "HYDRAS PLZ!" :)

The mana serpents are amazing, especially the white one. Where are they found?

I recently used the "Master of Puppets" ability to temporarily tame the gyreworms in Dread Wastes, and now I want one as a real pet. I'd never coveted gyreworms before, but the orange is really stunning.

I'd also love it if the mantid tanks were tamable.
