Pondering about a new huntress

I got the room and i have some pets i always liked which either doesn´t fit or haven´t got room for on my other hunters.


So made a human huntress named Xinia

So what I´m pondering about and maybe you could help me with some perspectives

1) pet names..... totally BLANK. Would like some form of themed stable as i really like having a theme.. and the only hunter i have so fare without a theme is Tårnfalk.
First i thought of a Gemstone themed stable but imo that would not fit the stables.

Themes which alrdy are taken by my other hunters

Veggies/Fruit= Abricot
Booze= Kahlua
Chineese/Japaneese names= Mikaido
Everquest Themed names= Norrathia

2) Transmorg.. I managed to have only 2 sets (so fare...) for Abricot and I´m really pleased with that. I would like Xinia to have max 2-3 transmog sets too.. but her stable is sooo colorfull that I´m in doubt what would fit

I think you gave yourself your theme already. Shades of color! Get colorful/flamboyant xmog sets! Name your pets after different shade of what color they are. You've got so much color you can make a rainbow stable no pronblem.

hehe i thought i would have to many green/blue pets for that.. and i dont know much about shade of colors name.. least not in English - But i like the suggestion!

And a flamboyant set.. hmm only thing which springs into mind is the Magnificent set (http://wowroleplaygear.com/2010/01/11/magnificent-set/) .. but is there a bow/gun and maybe a cloak for that set?

Flower names are a defo good idea too but again at that area im a totally nobbelss at flowers.. Only know snowflowers, Margurites and sunflowers

I think i accually like the flower idea better then the color idea - allthough.. arent many of the pets to.. rough to be named after flowers ?

Not sure im satisfied with all of them yet but here is my try so fare.. still needs alot of workout cause i have troubles with the flower names So suggestions/improvement is defo welcomed and needed

It's one of the hollyhocks in the species Alcea rosea. Don't know if it has an official Latin subspecies or variety name.

Ahh bah then i cant use it... Trouble finding black flowers...

Defo need some help on improving the stables names - not just those missing but the existing onces as well..

I only really like the tallstrider, the waps and the cats name

It's not a flower, per say, but Dionaea muscipula is the latin name for the Venus Flytrap. Venus Flytraps produce flowers briefly during their growth cycle so it may work out for the theme you've created for your pet names. Dionaea would work beautifully for a ravager name imo!

There is a flowering shrub called Lobeira, which means "wolf's plant".

And Pothos is also know as "devil's ivy".

Dionaea for the ravager, Lobeira for the wolf and Pothos for the devilsaur cool one step closer

Marigold in color fits the brigth owl VERY well.. but i dislike the name.. Is there any other names for that flower?


And i was thinking Cactus for the corehound

and one additional side question... Would the magnificent look best on dark or light skin?


redone the stable a bit - and new additions .. still needs alot of work.. but this attempt is more pleasing to me then the first one... Totally in doubt about the spider

In regards to your spider, I personally love the name Laelia only because orchids happen to be one of my all-time favorite kind of flowers and because I've given that name to one of my own pets.

There's also Cleome Hassleriana, which is the Latin name for the Spider Flower. In fact, Cleome sounds perfect! But that's just my own opinion of course

If you're looking for something "cactus-related" but not quite as obvious for your corehound pet, you may also like the following alternatives: Saguaro or Opuntia.

Nice idea! Made me look up spider lilies. I may name one of my future spiders Higanbana, which is their Japanese name.
