For anyone else having this problem I will explain (I have Windows 7 and a nVidia card, don't know if this works for AIT cards).
1. Close WoW
2. Open up config.wtf using Notepad.exe under your WoW's WTF folder and search for the following line:
SET gxAPI "D3D11"
3. Remove it and replace it with the line
SET gxAPI "D3D9"
4. If you can't find the line at all, then just add in the line
SET gxAPI "D3D9"
5. Save the file and close it.
6. Run WoW, stay on log in screen
7. Make the monitor you don't want wow in the primary. (I used the nVidia manager for this)
8. In Systems on the log in screen of WoW tell it to make Monitor 1 (not Primary) the one you want it to load in (I also use Fullscreen Windowed mode)
9. Hit Apply and Quit.
10. Restart WoW. It should pop into the second monitor.
The WoW loader will always open in your primary screen. Looks to me like Primary is the 1st screen, Monitor 1 is the 2nd, and Monitor 2 is the 3rd unless you only have 2 monitors then Primary and 2 are the 1st monitor.
