You'll get it!!! I may have only camped about 3 1/2 weeks but it was pretty hardcore camping, I was able to be logged in at work (which is when I finally got him) so that plus my bf helping me while I slept sometimes came out to 10-16, sometimes more, hours a day. If you say 12 hours a day average that's 288 hours.
Gosh, putting that in writing kinda makes me sick. The good thing about camping though is you can do other things, I cleaned, cooked, ate, worked, did yoga, read. I feel slightly less terrible about spending such a ridiculous amount of hours camping a pixelated cyber dragon.
hehehe... thank you, I know I lost count after 200 really so I just say 200+, but I did finally get Aeonaxx. I have pics and video in my journal post (I like reliving it).

Dear Aeonaxx: I have patiently waited for you for what will soon be two months. I have stoically camped in your zone every day all day for as long as I possibly could and have only left the zone to help my guild with raids once a week. I missed you twice to people just passing through and have logged nearly 300 hours waiting for you. Why do you have to be so rude? =( Its getting crowded down here with all the xrealm campers and I would love to see sunlight again.
Have YOU ever seen sunlight? Its nice, you should come with me and I will show you. Anyway I will have to take a break once MoP hits and well…well I was wondering if you could possibly call an end to this silly game before then? Why don’t you and me explore the new forgotten continent together? What do you say? =)

It's only been four days and I'm already getting weird camp dreams. Mostly about how if I pop Time Warp or some other spell I'll fall off of your back. I'm getting paranoid to just Ice Lance you like I have everyone else.

Hey everyone! I've been camping Aeonaxx for a few weeks now several hours a day. He finally spawned for me at 9:59 on Sunday, the 11th at NW1. Sadly, I didn't get him. I lost him by a hair and was totally devastated. It was my 21st birthday and it crushed to see him slide right out of my hands. I couldn't believe it. To make it even worse, I lost Time-Lost Proto Drake right in front of my face two hours later.
I really hope to get this mount. CRZ has made camping for these mounts extremely difficult and it's so disheartening. I'm the only person from Shandris currently camping, which makes me wish I had done this a long time ago.
Midnight, I've been killing you for mostly likely over a year now. At least it feels like that. Next week... Please.
