White Arcane Serpent ground spawn point

84 found a spawn point on the ground for the white arcane serpents. IF the lower one is up, kill it somehow and it will respawn on the ground at the spot on the map. Be quick tho, they float up fast. All credit goes to 84, they just ask me to post for them.

Thats specifically how I tamed my Spirit Of The North, though I was too shocked to screenshot, I am new at this.
