Patience pays off, Acroniss

Well, hello! I've been a longtime lurker of the forums, but due to a recent grief-kill I received, I had to register just to vent about it on the consolation corner of the pet discussion area. Now then, short term is; 4 hrs camping Acroniss with another hunter, friendly hordie. :3 Well last 5 mins this night elf hunter from another server (Grr CRZ) comes in, and during my tame, she shoots him and kills him.

After that I took a break, told my friend she can have the next spawn.. which she did get with no issues at an hour later I learn from the mail she left me. xD So, I sat there for another four hours. Acroniss spawns 5 mins late, scaring me half to death cause I'm in the middle of talking to my friend, expecting that I was gunna wait another hour and my calculations were off. Well huzzah! Late night tames are more my thing I think.. >.< 5:55 and I was done with that camp. I'm so happy right now, he's gorgeous. REALLY worth the camp and grief you go through from other hunters.

Wanted to stick with his name, and give him a manlyness.. so his name is Acronius. Attaching a screenshot of him and my panda in Pandaria.. settings on low but he's still beautiful.. And very vibrant. xD GL to all that are camping him. ^^

Well, when you're a rare beast, sometimes you have to be cautious about when you fade into existence. Acroniss was just making sure that it was completely safe before he spawned for you. Anyway, congratulations on your tame! I'm glad that you didn't give up!

Junrei, you're giving me too much credit; it was the encouragement of fellow Petopians that helped. (...And I might've told him that Kogi would pay for his repairs. )

Thank you so much guys. ^^ I was gunna post it in response on the consolation corner but I wasn't really sure if it'd be a good idea so I had just made my own thread hurr, and forgot to thank you guys for the support. Durp on my part. xD

I really loved Swifty's drawing, it did cheer me up and make me want to sit through another camping again (Or however long it'd take me to get him, I was willing to pull an all-nighter with caffiene). I REALLY wanted that damned snake. Rofl.
I do believe Swifty's bribery worked, I should try bribing rares. I've got cookies, chocolate milk.. shinies... Uh.. what else do they like? Trinkets? Jazz hands, hats perhaps? *nods* perhaps, perhaps..

Which reminds me... it's usually hunters from Wyrmrest Accord who are always around whenever I camp
