Ruthless gear has apparently shown up in the sewers of Dalaran! I cant go pop in there to see if your bow is there right now (had to replace my computer, its currently downloading WoW as i speak) but Moonlost made a thread about it :3 Hopefully your bow's there!

I just purchased the bow there a few days ago, so it is back in Dal! Coincidentally, I needed it for the exact same set; it is so perfect for it <3
