Tough Scorpid Set?

Hey all, I was plotting out a transmog for my hunter, and I'd like to ask, are there any tips for getting the Tough Scorpid Set? I'm leveling my leatherworking and soon enough I'm going to be able to make it. I've only managed to snag the bracers off the AH, but the rest of the set doesn't really run cheap (Specifically the breastplate) on my realm, if it's even in stock in the first place.

What's the best mob to farm the recipe off of? I tried the Southsea Strongarms for awhile but I seemed to be particularly unlucky. Am I doing something wrong or do I have to be more patient?

I believe they are all zone-wide drops in Tanaris now. But they are now BoP, so you have to farm them on your Leatherworker. Concentrate on the scorpions, until you've skinned all the scorpion scales you'll need

The giant thingies along the coast line in tanaris dropped four of the recipes for me, within reasonable time.

If your on Nesingwary and can't find all the sets look me up on Salrin horde side I've got a good chunk of the patterns if not all of them.

I'm on Moon Guard. :3 Junrei is a LWer. I can make the entire set(Except belt. I got the Heavy one though. Looks like it still matches). All I'd need is the mats. Junrei is alliance side but yanno...neutral AH and all if you're Horde.
