I just saw that! Its definately my favorite! The other new one is nice too. Finally Devilsaur's I like!

meh i like the classic devilsaur skin! it has character and history behind it the new ones are nice but i think ill be keeping my devilsaur as Krush

That ones not it. It's a much more actual black, with bright orange stripes. Very contrasting stripes. Go to wowhead, youll see it

i find it interesting that both MMO champion and WoWhead seem to have colors the other does not have listed. it makes me wonder if there are more than the 3 we have seen in the data files but neither site has chosen to display them. i miss the good old days when MMO champion had the creature images show every skin that was added for a new model. guess we have to wait till someone can look in the model viewer to find out. but its such a lovely model not to have more than 3 new colors!

The black with the orange stripes would be my personal one to tame, though if they did come out with a Black with blue stripes, that would be PERFECT!!!!

I suffered years ago.
I spent entire weeks in Sholazar trying to tame King Krush, fighting against people who wanted to kill him for the achievement, seeing his dead corpse just as i logged in that damned jungle many times, having it killed in front of me even if i had tagged him, being feared into oblivion countless times, stacking Stam and haste gear in order to survive those painful seconds needed to tame him.

After countless tries i finally got it, many months later than what i originally planned, i swore to never replace my Goliath ever, he was my devilsaur and one of the most badass looking pets around.

I didn't care that Devilsaurs are virtually useless since Water Striders/Quilen have better secondary abilities and decided to keep my Goliath's stable slot while many other pets sadly weren't so lucky and had to go.

I swore to keep him forever.
And then these new devilsaurs came.

Damn.

I'm sorry, but these guys would replace him in an instant. I gotta decide on a colour first though!

I honestly don't know if I will tame a new one on my "main" hunter. KK is her staple dino. Might do it on my nesingwary hunter though. c:

i have a sinking feeling that since there where like 4 new devilsaur rares on the huge list of potential rares that came in 5.1 that thousand-tooth, Proceratos,Tyranitar, and Blistermaw could all be added in as tameable but be rates exclusive to the mysterious isle of giants! heres the page with the big list and IDs http://forums.wow-petopia.com/viewtopic ... 60#p395320

This is an excellent point and could be the case! Really good catch.

If those names didn't sound so devilsaur-like, I'd even suggest that these names could be recycled as the dire horn names....but they do, so that's almost definitely not the case.

These named devilsaurs could also appear in another context, like as adds in a fight or something, but they evoke a sense of power too great for mere adds.

Yay speculation. We'll see what happens. This would definitely be the spot for those four to appear, though.

Considering the fact that Pro means Before and Ceratos means Horn (Horned, Horny, etc), I find it more likely for Proceratos to be a Dire Horn than a Devilsaur.

At any rate, bringing up those four names as possibilities for this patch is a good idea.
