So on MMOC today there's a minipet version of a baby crocolisk... with a glowing fin and eyes and junk-stuff...



What are the chances we'll get ADULT 'thundercrocodiles'? Because I know I sure's hell want one. How badass would that be...

I feel like these aren't suppose to be baby thundercrocolisks, but an updated model of baby Diemetradon's like the ones in Un'Goro Crater.

They're labelled as "thunder crocolisks" and spawn as Electrified Razortooth battle pets.

Just speculating. Maybe they're attempting to bridge crocs and diemetradons as a precursor to adding the latter to the croc family. I'd prefer diemetradons to have their own family with a special ability, but maybe it's their intent to unify them.

More speculation: perhaps this potential merging is due to Blizzard running out of ideas for new family abilities.

Another speculation: Maybe we'll discover in a patch or two an adult dimetradon/croc? That would be awesome 'course would love to see dimetradon's get an update just in general, but the baby croc-radon is so adorable, id love to see an adult splice

I have a giant vinyl poster tucked away in my closet advertising Primal Rage. It was going to be thrown out by my local EBGames (back when they existed) because it had a small tear in it of all things.

I updated the official Petopia images to include the new shades for the green and blue direhorns and the dark blue devilsaur. The old ones can still be seen by appending "-original" to the image name.

Judging from the default look of the model file, they're supposed to mount only but I guess they can work for pets if someone wants them to.

There's a model that has no harness or saddle, as well as the mount one. So yes, they did create one that could be used for wild bats, and I expect they will add it. I'm surprised they haven't used it for Isle of Thunder, along with the new bird model.

I didn't know this until your post; and I confirmed it in modelviewer. Up until now I thought that the least-armored the bats could get was with the harness!

There's no discernible reason for Blizzard not to add an updated-model, unarmored creature that is of the same family as an existing, unpopular one. Kunchong and Colossi are distant enough apart lore-wise, if not model-wise, to be considered different creatures... but these are most definitely bats. I can't wait, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Ditto, I'm dying to tame one of those gorgeous new models. Hopefully they're added in somewhere, it would be a shame not to use them. I don't know where I'll put it, but I'll make stable space somewhere. *crosses fingers*
