Transmog Advice?

Ok, so I recently decided to roll a Dwarf Mage. I'd really like to make him look like the Ice King from Adventure Time, but I'm having a little trouble finding a decent item for the crown. I really like the look of the Lieutenant Commander's Crown/Silk Cowl, but obviously using those as a transmog is more or less out of the question, as Blizz did away with the old pvp titles before I even started playing the game.

Anybody have any ideas for a decent replacement?

I don't watch Adventure Time, so I'm not familiar with how that crown looks, so these are just crowns that look similar to the Lieutenant Commander's Crown you mentioned.
