A Little Help Please

I've never been the best at fashion, but I had a go at designing some leather sets around the monk quest-reward belts. The red one in particular is giving me some trouble. I'd chosen the chest, legs and boots from the "Choking Winter's Garb" set along with random gloves and shoulders and the awesome Shado-Pan 'mog helm. Of course it turned out the gloves I'd chosen could only be gotten from the satchel for clearing Wrath LFG, making it no longer an option

Anyway I found a couple of replacements that I can't choose between, as well as optional boots and shoulders (the latter of which being the biggest pain). If you guys could help me pick out the better-looking items or even suggest others that could work that would be brilliant



First set
Helm: Replica Shado-Pan Helm (Shado-Pan exalted)
Shoulders: Potent Shoulders (random green drop)
Chest: Choking Hauberk (Marwyn, Hor HC)
Hands: T'wansi's Handwraps (ZA quest reward)
Belt: Red Belt of Unspoken Warning (Monk quest reward)
Legs: Fleshwerk Leggings (Scourgelord Tyrannus, PoS HC)
Boots: Blighted Leather Footpads (Captain's Chest, HoR HC)

Second Set
Helm: Replica Shado-Pan Helm (Shado-Pan exalted)
Shoulders: Volcanic Shoulders (Leatherworking)
Chest: Choking Hauberk (Marwyn, HoR HC)
Hands: Grower's Gloves (Rare spawns in Vot4W)
Belt: Red Belt of Unspoken Warning (Monk quest reward)
Legs: Fleshwerk Leggings (Scourgelord Tyrannus, PoS HC)
Boots: Black Featherlight Boots (Kaz'rogal, Hyjal Summit)

I think the belt in your picture is the Red Belt of Gentle Persuasion. The Red Belt of Unspoken Warning is much more brown around the waist. Anyways, the two sets above are pretty good, I like the first over the second if I had to choose. Off the top of my collection, I only have 3 that might fit the Monk quest belts. Feel free to look em over below:

I like the boots from the 1st pic and the shoulders from the second, not sure on the gloves they both look like they fit to me, also great color matching

Huh, I thought the belts were the same colour. Thanks for that, glad they can be repurchased xD Thanks for your set suggestions too, I've always liked the sets you've come up with. And I do use MogIt, that's how I got this far

I really like the boots from the second set. I think it would go great with the first.

I definitely like the first one more, the shoulders on the second look a little out of place. Although I do really like the shoulders Makoes suggested.

Sounds like I'm going to have to flip a coin for the gloves and boots at this rate xD

Thanks for the suggestion by the way Makoes, though I'm not a huge fan of the design. Perhaps other people can use it though, since it doesn't seem half bad.

Speaking of shoulders, I got taken on a random fun-run through Firelands moments ago and equally randomly got Shoulderpads of the Forgotten Gate which seem to fit fairly well. What do you guys think?

Oh! Ooooh! I love that! Those shoulders fit really really well. The shape is perfect, and the silver eyes really work with the silver in the belt.
