OH NOEZ!!! Why Blizzard, why?

<sob> See the screenshot file. My precious Gorger used to be BIG. BIG! My tauren couldn't see over his back at the highest ridge. But now he's reduced to a lowly grub, barely over my knees! Why did you do this to us, Blizzard? why?
Anyone else having an extreme QQ over this right now?
Good thing my two Devilsaurs have my back, at least.

As much as I loved Ahmatti's massive size... I'd rather give the mass up in exchange for getting to KEEP my grub in the first place. He is Tor's designated LFR pet, and little cohort on most of her travels. I would have been depressed if they'd taken him away completely, though... So I'm not going to look a gift "grub" in the mouth, so to speak. >.>

Like the others, while I did love my grub's huge size, I also understand why they did it and I will accept it as a fair trade off for being allowed to keep my now untamable pet. And on the bright side, Jormungars and the regular worms are still tall, even if they aren't as "unique" as the grubs. I also still find I feel the same way about my grub now that he's small as I did when he was big; it wasn't the size that drew me to him and got me attached.

Yeah, true. I'm still glad I have it, and I guess its better to have it small than not at all! Just wanted to see if anyone else was disgruntled.

Oh yeah, there was definitely disgruntlement upon logging in and seeing him smaller, but at the same time, there was an audible sigh of relief, too. XD

Am I the only one who likes the reduced size more? ;-;
I just feel like it's more convienent, and also makes it a bit more cute. Sure, the large size was quite novel, but the current size wont be causing targeting issues for tanks or blocking NPCs anymore.
Still, we have Kibbler's bits if you want to make em bigger, eh?
I still feel like Chimeras need to be reduced a bit, at least width. I mean, their wings are always clipping through me, and it's the only reason I can't use them seriously D:
Tall pets are fine, its when they get wide (or just take up a lot of total space and can cover NPCs) that it gets bad IMHO. <___>

Personally, I'm indifferent. While it's fun having an OMGHUGE worm, I like him at his smaller size too. My Gorishi grub still looks good with my male troll hunter, so I don't mind - I'm just glad we got to keep them, since I actually did get attached.

Plus we've known this change was coming for a couple of months (yay PTR!), so any adjustment I needed took place then.

I tend to look take the philosophy of "I remember back when", which can be good.

It was one of those things that was fun to experience but wasn't going to last. I'm glad the worms were eventually shrunk enough to be practical to use. As they were they were hilarious and eye-catching, but also could be a pain to both hunter and everyone around them once the novelty wore off.

sure the big size was hillarius you have no idea how many times during a raid people went OMG that maggot!! especially with BW on top of it
was always fun hiding in it

But I rather have the small size and the fact we where able to keep it (with the cute backflips) that having it taken away completely
