"Where are you, rare mounts?" Magic Luck Thread

It's Wednesday today. That means reset day, time for my Fiery Warhorse, Blue Drake (Yes, seriously still trying to get the blue one.) and Ashes runs today.

Ashes. I can totally understand why you wouldn't drop. I have an odd feeling that you'll drop closer to my birthday (Nothing to do with the fact that I have a WoW calender and my birth month, August, has Kael'thas with Al'ar flying in the background on it or anything.) and I haven't even been doing runs for you that long so I'll forgive you if you don't drop this week.

However, Blue Drake, what the flying fox. I've seen the Azure drop *THREE TIMES* now. Learned one, boyfriend happened to be with me for another so he got it, and the last one I had to store in my bank because I couldn't bring myself to delete the poor thing. I have never seen a Blue Drake and, as far as I'm aware, it has a decent drop chance compared to the Azure. So... Please drop.

Also, you, Fiery Warhorse. I want you so bad and even though I can't remember how many runs I've done I'm sure it's been over two years now. So... Please? Pretty please?

Also also, up to 60 runs now for the North Wind Drake and nothing yet. I don't really mind though, gives me something to do, and since I can only do the dungeon five times an hour it means I'm not going crazy and wearing myself out all the time with running for it. I do roughly 10 runs a day, depends what I'm doing and how I'm feeling. But even so, sometime soon would be nice. (:

Edit: Of course, nothing as per. I can't have nice things. -.-

Today's been weird so far for heroic runs, Magic Luck Thread. I don't seem to be regaining focus as quickly, even though I haven't changed any of my gear. I logged in and my bow was damaged, though I don't remember that happening. Weird things have been dropping that don't normally. Lower quality gear.

We're going to try running Utgarde Pinnacle for the first time. It'd be really nice if the dumb proto drake would just drop. Especially since today's been odd.

Starting to lose steam with this A'lar grind, Kael. I can barely bring myself to go through the trouble of killing you on my main...and that's the easy run!

But dammit, even if I drop down to one kill a week...I WILL PERSERVERE.

That moment when...

You get a purple drop from Galleon, and then you use your coin roll, and you see a flash of purple across your screen...

You think, omg, no way... PLEASE?!?!?....

And then you realize not only was it not the mount you were hoping for, but the fact you had just used a coin to win EXACTLY the same piece of gear you just won on the normal roll.

Only one character left for this week on the world bosses... please? Sha first maybe? I really want that mount, he looks gorgeous...

Dear Thread,

No ashes this week again but ive yet to do on my shaman so please? And havent tried on my newly dinged druid yet...(any tips ferals?) Also my friend who cares nothing for mounts got the oondasta Direhorn with the comment "oh its just the same as the rep one" so can someone who REALLY cares about them get one please? I now have 3 toons to try so I dont mind which one gets it

Going to do Onyxia on my 3 toons today after work and I could really use some friggin' luck. I am so annoyed with my crappy luck in the knew lfrs. I must have the worst rng luck as my monk went 0-22 in lfrs when he was first able to do them. I'm already 0-5 on the 9 bosses this week and was 1-9 last week.

So please, just drop Onyxia and I will promise not to cancel my account with you Blizzard.

Still no Blue Drake. :c Also, I have a WoW calender, and the picture for August is Kael'thas with Al'ar in the background. My birthday's in August.
... Maaaaaaaaaaybe this is saying something? Yes? GOOD. I would not complain about getting Ashes of Al'ar for my birthday.

My first time posting in one of these threads. Oh dear.

Well I'm embarking near 100 kills on the Zul'Gurub bosses, at least solo and on my monk. Probably well over 100 if I include Cataclysm kills where I never saw either mount drop.

Onyxia and Kael'thas continue to elude me as well with their lovely mounts.

I've had a very rough few weeks, and just hell, two years. I do appreciate the Primal Green Raptor I got and it was nice to see a Spawn of Horridon (though I didn't take it), but I would really like to have the mounts I've been farming for. Please and thank you Magic Luck Thread.

Ehh, mount farming. Been farming the Kara pony for weeks on 11(!) characters. VoA Mammoth, Ashes, and Azure Drake on the Priest, Hunts, and Lock. Stonecore/Vortex Pinnacle drake on anyone who's nearby. And of course, Sha/Gal mounts o: I've been pretty lucky with drop mounts before (Ravenlord and White Hawkstrider, at least), but this lot just refuse to show up
