What is the minimum level to do the Darkspear Rebellion?

Been reading the info as it comes out but I don't know if they have stated that you must be lvl 90 or if there is a minimum lvl such as 88/89 like you can on holidays bosses and could in pre expac world events.

Anyone know one way or the other? Trying to rush my horde warrior to cap (at 88 as of this morning) so I can do the horde only quest line.

I have a feeling it's going to be level 90 only since this patch is just building off of the events in previous patches this expansion.

I copied my level 89 alliance toon to the PTR. When I logged in there was no quest from Lorewalker Cho to start the chain - on level 90 toons this is an "auto-accept" quest that pops up the minute you log in. To me that indicates that this is a level 90 only quest chain.

I'm going to assume/hope you wont be obligated to complete the quest line before next patch or anything like that, unlike the holiday bosses where you only have a small period of time to do them until next year. That part is just my speculation, though.

I could be wrong about all this but that was my experience on the PTR with my level 89. When I get a chance I can faction change her to Horde and see if Hordies can do it at a lower level but I'm not hopeful.
