So, with the increased stable slots, been looking to cover the raid buffs/debuffs better, and wanted to start a discussion on what to use and when, so...
First point: for a fight like Horridon, with a lot of casting adds. The wider range and longer duration of the fox, or the short refresh and slightly higher percentage of the spore bat?
Or, in a situation like that with multiple adds, is a tallstrider's dust cloud a better choice?

I always bring in Joker the Tallstrider for Horridon. The aoe armor debuff definitely helps with those big groups.

Well the other consideration there is, do you have a spell haste buff for casters? Spore bat has the bonus of the spell haste, which if isn't covered by your raid, is likely of more value then the pure fox debuff.

In LFR I'll usually run with a tallstrider since buffs/debuffs are covered. In my 10m raid group I am asked to bring a sporebat - our raid runs caster heavy and so the sporebat's buff plus the debuff is considered most beneficial for our composition.
