Someone has new Xuen battle pet on PTR... kinda
No idea how, he wouldnt return whispers. The battle pet tab says this and the other 3 celestial pets are purchased from a vendor. Given the native size (there was no pet biscuit buff), the health and the elite frame, I would say its bugged. but its there...

the blizzard store Flame kitten was that size on the ptr too.
