I used everyones Flight Rising usernames so look for them rather than your Petopian name :3

This was a fun read! You made me look more closely at dragons I hadn't previously thought all that much about, which is always welcome. And hooray, even more Lyrenna love! That's always welcome, too!

Okay guys I'm breaking my rule of never doing commission work for fake internet money but for you guys I will accept FR money Dunno how much I'll charge I think that will depend on what I'm doing. I actually plan on breeding her with Ping once he's a Wildcalw (just because they'll be the only ones with that stupid-long breeding CD and they both have seraph and are bird inspired so whyyyy not) but I actually got contacted for buying Memory after sending her parents owner a message. I didn't even know I'd be contacted about it and I was and I was so happy so I'm sure if you talked to ecks about it you might be able to get one next time they breed (though of course I cannot speak for ecks so no promises). ^^

Their colors are pretty wide but they do stay in the cool-color range so that's good enough for me for now. ^^

That is a pretty big range :0 I'm hoping to snag a dragon with grayscale colors like her's, I should make that a breeding project of mine :0

Downtime Update

Hello everyone - just a quick update: We currently still do not have an ETA on the site opening again, but work is continuing with great fervor! We are making adjustments and refinements to code that may have been susceptible to the attack and doing thorough testing before getting the site back into prime-time. I know it can be really frustrating to not have time estimates, but we promise we’re aiming to have this done as soon as humanly (read: dragonly) possible. Thank you!

at this point I think we should install a Withering Floor, the defective cousin of the fainting couch. us FR members need a place to writhe, wither and wail in frustration during downtime and glitches. x)

Aaaaaaaaa just had someone who said they'd draw Raith finish their art of her not long ago. She looks so badass, I love it so muuuuuuuch @_@ She's from magistream, not flight rising or else I'd, if they had a thread anyways, link their thread so other people could get arts done too xP

At this point I am honestly hoping that they are going to surprise us with the news that they decided to do the server migration as well, since they'd been down so long anyway. Because it seems just plain insane to me that they're down for several days, come back up for a day or two (the servers will be SO clogged), and then go down again for several days. It doesn't seem like good customer service, really.

^ I said the same thing yesterday. They have been down for so long that they may as well bite the bullet and get it done while everyone is offline anyway. I will honestly face palm if they decide not to.

Hello everyone!

After much deliberation, the development team has come to the decision that we will be leaving Flight Rising in maintenance until after server migration is fully completed on the weekend ending in Sunday, August 11. This longer maintenance period will provide the benefit of allowing our coders to maximize their research, optimization, and implementation, as well as give ample time to our artists to prepare more content for future updates post-migration.

What this means for you:
Your dragons will be fed/cared for.
Your eggs will be cared for.
All players will receive a 3-day clan energy bonus and have it preserved as long as we're down.
We will be providing a thank you Care Package full of goodies to all users.
We will be providing an Albino Hedgehog familiar to all users.
Water Flight will retain their Dominance going into the new week post-migration, to make up for the fact that they did not get to utilize it this week.
