My dragons have a chunk of their energy missing.
I am irate.

I'd offer names but, quite frankly, I'm horrible at naming things. xD

I'm not all that wonderful myself. So far all I've been able to come up with is Roma (like the tomato) and Basil. I'm thinking I was hungry at the time, LOL.

I like Basil, but Basil has been a name I've liked for a long time so that's probably really biased of an opinion

Basil is the first that stuck in my head, and it's still stuck in there, so that may very well be what his name ends up as unless I can think of something more fitting.

I find myself torn re: the spiral I negotiated for. On one hand, she's beaut, no lie, but on the other, if the person decides they don't want to wait (longer) to hold her, that just means I'm closer to getting a breedscroll of my own.

Still, I suspect that the very fact that the AH is likely to be absolutely FLOODED means that no one will back out. After all, why would they sell their hatchlings for artificially depressed market values when someone's already promised them full price? On the other hand, if you already have set a price, you might try negotiating a price cut, hinting around you might reconsider because there's all these cheapies up...

Personally, I honor agreements made, regardless of if there is a sudden market drop. There was a time when a persons word was their bond, I'd like to think my word has weight to it. But that's just me.

Current plans:
Abernathy (shadow/mulberry) will be turned into a wildclaw, given tiger and shimmer, and hopefully make some loving with some nice imperial ladies. (To happen AFTER Jaz and Tudyr are changed.)
Jaz will become a lovely ridgeback girl. Secondary gene undecided (she's tangerine iridescent, with her secondary as carmine. I don't know what to give her).
Tudyr is set to become a pretty snapper male. Secondary gene undecided (he's blood tiger with mulberry wings).
I'm also toying with the idea of making Lyon (steel/denim/gold) a wildclaw and studding him out, as well. Might look really nice with gembond.
Finglas is going to be a spiral. He'll also be getting shimmer.
Annie is going to be a pearlcatcher and will get shimmer and clown.
Myriad, my blue/ice/gold wildclaw, currently has seraph. I think I'd like to get him clown, as it gives him lighter patches that will look nice with the seraph.
Aidan, Mererid, Celesta, Isaac, and Irani? I can't figure out anything definite to do with them.
Aidan (chocolate tiger/carmine/brown) and Irani (rose/stone/charcoal) actually have a really nice range, including their tertiaries, so I'm toying with the idea of giving Irani tiger (clown makes her too dark in places for my tastes) and making them skydancers. Irani's off her cooldown and Aidan comes off his in two days (which I think has been paused), but I wouldn't mind having them sit there for a while.
Mererid made a pretty spiral and an absolutely lovely pearlcatcher, if I remember my previews correctly... I've thought about making Celesta a ridgeback for a long time (though I may actually end up making her a wildclaw, as her colours are really nice).

And that's the end of my babbling for now. If you have any ideas for any of these dorks, let me know uvu
(Also, I have no idea what I would do with the little tundra boy I'm hoping to nick from Varethyn, other than that I really want to give him tiger for that velvety looking texture.)

I could also use some idea for my babies, so suggestions would be more than welcome. So far all i've come up with is maybe making Andromeda a spiral and Rosethorn into....??? Help? Who should get what?

You have no idea how happy that makes me actually. I would love to be approached first for any brown dragon. I'd throw my money at the person in a second!

Well I have a feeling that the little coffee cake brownie boy isn't going to be the only brown hatchling I'm gonna get from Elwood and Basira

And idk I haven't met anyone else as enthusiastic about brown hatchlings like you are and I'd be glad to have a guaranteed buyer for certain dragon colors

No, I don't think we ever did. I think I asked about it... maybe. My memory isn't the best fml but yeah, I don't have a price written down on my notecard for your hatchling as of yet.

Lilith is pretty. Looks a bit like this boy of mine who still needs to be named since i got him just before the site went down.

Also still looking for lair suggestions. Possibilities of what dragon might look good as a different breed or may look good with certain genes. could use some help in that area.

And Alex, I see Basil grew up! he's a handsome boy!

First thing I plan on doing when the site is back up, is purchasing a new lair expansion, then familiars, gathering, trade post, breeding, and then see if the deals are still on for the hatchlings. Then go from there. Hopefully when the dust settles I'll have a few more dragons, and some treasure to start spiffing everyone up.

...Over the next few days means it will not be up tomorrow.
