Not related in the slightest, I can double check if you want. I bought both pairs on the AH at different times (except Cauthorn, he came from Nef).

Seems both pairs are either 2nd or 3rd gen and not related, I might get secondary genes for Rin and Cauthorn, they seem to keep having good clutches too. Taarn if you want I will hold onto him for you.
