As the topic says, I just saw a monk with that title. Sadly, I didn't get to take a screenshot of it. She vanished before I could, and I don't remember her name.
Anyway, how is that possible? I thought those quests to get the title were removed, or made so you didn't get the title.
Or have I missed something, and they have implemented the titles again?

Just saw a monk with the 'hand of A'dal' title
I'll be waiting on the highland, with its wonderful serenity.

They likely got the title on a different character and are using it on their monk now that most titles are BoA.

There's always Google which is probably what most of us would use. 
They did make some of the old titles BoA and since you saw a monk using it i would say that that's one of them. Far as i know it was only the PvP titles that didn't become BoA but my account has been inactive for a little while.

I remember that title being shared with all my characters. Even server first titles, such as Death's Demise, are shared even if the character is on a different server than you got the title on.
