Wind Serpent that is an actual wind serpent. Still with paint and all that good stuffs.

My wind texture FAILS. MISERABLY. I'm aware. xD

No. Most of that head is supposed to be head feathers, and it looked decent sketched...but once I colored it I had to take a LOT of creative editing.

Oh yeah, I see that now.

I made a windserpent in my avatar-thread, an I learned a lot about making the feather when I did it. Perhaps you could get some ideas?

I don't know if anyone here has ever played Neopets (I used to play in my younger years; lawl, I say that like I'm over 20)

Nah. This tiger is AWFUL. Like, horrible. Cramped and messy and rough. Currently working on something else though. Very happy with it thus far.

Ew, double post. But here's compare/contrast for you.

First is the colored Rak'shiri, which, surprisingly didn't come out THAT bad. Second is the sketch, which I kind of prefer.
