So I found a person with coffee user name and got all giddy but turns out they are not a nice person... :\ I mean they really don't need to be so snoopy for saying hi and stuff... some ppl in this game really aren't approachable like everyone else is.

I'm kinda flabbergasted at just how much the dragon market is tanking. I did a double-take when I saw Pearlcatchers up for 7000 kt yesterday. Granted, they were all ungened, but 7000 kt?! At this point I wonder if another healthy batch of newcomers would fix this... As Nachtwulf said to me, the site needs an economist and stat.

Unfortunately, even with new players supply will always outweigh demand. =/ It's a temporary bandaid fix to a problem that's probably a little too far out of control, especially when you have white knights and die hard fanbois running around claiming that there's nothing wrong with the economy and that this game isn't about breeding and selling dragons (and if it really isn't then I question what the admins long term goals are as I believe breeding and selling is why a lot of us play).

Honestly, the economy needs a total overhaul, but I think that would end up upsetting a lot of the people who have been playing for a while already. And I'm not entirely sure if I trust this admin team to come up with a suitable economy fix. xD

One small, decent bandaid for them to do would be to enable searching by colors in the AH; I know it's no real fix, but it's a start to making it easier to search through the swarms of dragons posted for something you actually want. I also wish the auction button was open for every dragon, yours or not, and that it would take you right to that dragon's listing on the AH so you can opt whether you want to buy it there or contact the owner.

i think Die´s thread about exhalting prices might help a little bit ..but i fear that more and more ppl will leave the game adventually leaving only a small grp behind which would make it even worse..

im staying with the game cause i like it.. but not sure i spend anymore Rl money on it

Personally I've seen very few people holding dragons which give different and sensible colour..

And while you can't tell people to stop breeding dragons because their colours don't make sense

WHY should someone else dictates what colors are sensible....... WHy should there be a color code to say this dragon is pretty ; this one is not due to color..
