looks like all the charizard fans crying for a dragon type charizard has been answered.with this my dragon team is finaly comeing full.i need new pants after seeing that epic mega form.

Mega Charizard X looks cool, but it ruins every plan I had going into this game.

I was going to get Charmander and name it Sebastian, after one of my dragons. A Charizard suits his image well. Mega Charizard was a good damn fit. Then they pull this nonsense, and I was already locked into X. Now Sebastian's going to be the correct typing but THE WRONG COLORS ENTIRELY.

I don't think people understandthis very well since they don't know me, but the coloration of something is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO ME. THIS IS JUST REALLY WRONG. IT'S MAKING ME REALLY ANGRY.

So either I deal with it and get extremely angry every time I mega evolve Sebastian because I wanted him to look like the Y version, or I just get Y instead and get angry at that. Either way I'm really angry. They didn't have to do this. AND WHY ONLY CHARIZARD? ugh.

THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS. I am basically having the EXACT same issue here. I'm set on getting X (XERNEAS <3), but I... Really, REALLY had my heart set on getting a Shiny Mega Charizard Y and naming him Kurthnaga.

And before you say "Well if it's Shiny get Mega Charizard X!" NO. It's the design that's important here, not colouring. Hell, even if Shiny Mega Charizard Y isn't black/red, I still want one and I'll still name it Kurthnaga.

BUT NOW I HAVE THIS ISSUE. I plan to get Y as well, but if I can't have my Precious Dragon Baby in X? I.. I just don't know. And I refuse to switch to having Y as my main game because screw Yveltal, Xerneas is better.

I'm just hoping against all hope that Megastones are tradeable? I think their names are differentiated by what game it is, though (Charizardite X and Charizardite Y)? That says to me that they might be tradeable? But.. Maybe I'm remembering wrong.

This is stupid. The Charizard convinced me on getting X instead of Y but I prefer the Y legendary and the Y Mewtwo (personally, I prefer regular Mewtwo but I like the Y one more than the X one)

Eehhhh...yeah, if that's it, I'm definitely not getting fennekin. Didn't like it's mid form at all, so it's still looking like Froakie for me until I see Chespin's final form.

As for the whole X/Y thing, yeah I'm kinda that way too lol. I never cared for Mewtwo so I feel no loss there on it, and I think the Y legendary is way cooler than the deer.

I think the only thing I don't really get is how upset peeps are getting about colors and megaforms really...there's always differences between games, but I think some are taking it way too seriously...

Yess get your Wi-fi working, Azu. XD We can give each other the Megastones for Charizard! (If they're tradeable, but I get the feeling they will be? We've ALWAYS been able to get all the version exclusives in some way or form, no matter what. I doubt this will be different.)

I dunno, I'm pretty okay with the Fennekin evolution. I kinda like it~

hey guys not all charizard fans are like that.i'm a huge charizard fan.like alot of pokemon fans back in the day its the starter pokemon was the one that bonded with use the most and charizard was mine.when i had my charmander finaly beat brock i was like YEA YEA YEA YEA!THATS MY BA FIRE LIZARID!and then when he began to evolve it was the most bonding moments of my pokemon playthrough.charizard is more then the BA pokemon i come to know and love he is the pokemon that has been the symbol of my achiviments and i feel awsome haveing him by my side no matter what comes our way.he was the pokemon that blazed down reds team and most importantly he to me is the blazeing pokemon fan that never died.this is the dragon that kept me wanting to come back to pokemon.and now seeing him in both forms is like the greatest reward this pokemon fan can ask for.so haters can hate on him all they want he has been my pokemon from the start and he will always be the pokemon that i look up to.i am sure alot of pokemon fans have a pokemon that is like this to them like charizard is to me.i just want to say i love you charizard for all the battles you helped me through.

i understand the heat for the new charziard form while i understand most of it sense myself included have been wanting a dragon charziard for a long time now and more then ever with my team of dragon types.i however love both mega forms though and this could be a great charizard fan chance to try out a triple battle with 3 charziards ragular and both mega forms (to which i would die happy if i end up doing that).and for the charziard fans out there if you are a true charizard fan you should love him no matter what type or form he is in.speaking from one who never managed to get shiny charziard but still love the one i have now from fire red.i just hope i am able to get both.feel like the time in pokemon snap where i would just stay with the charamanders and just take pics of them cause i just thought they where so cute.
