My guildie got her and tried to give her to me. We found out via GM that anything on the Timeless Isle isn't supposed to be tradeable. None of it. Not even the timeless pieces. So alas, Guildie(whom didnt want her) had to keep her. The GM did proceed to beat me with his trusty GM [Lucky Stick]. XD

My fiance got her after the World Server's died and when we logged on EVERY RARE WAS UP. So yeah. He got her and was like "omg sweetie I'm so so sorry!" cause he knew I wanted it. I was like "Grats. I love you and I really hate you right now". XD He tried to give it to me but alas, still couldn't, even though we were grouped.

The next kill...Huo came up. I squealed and my fiance just grinned.

Congratulations Junrei! I just love when mounts drop in pairs for people that are farming together, the odds of "Awww dont worry, yours will drop next time... and low and behold are just priceless.

Something similar happened to me. I usually two man Kael'thas on my druid with a friend of mine, but I decided to try and solo it sense my gear was better. It went smoothly, and better yet, Ashes dropped. Now, my farming partner isn't a huge mount collector, but ashes was that one exception. His favorite mount in-game and the only one (aside from the skeletal wyrms) that he really wanted.

Naturally I told him to try and run it, as it was his turn now to get it. Lo and behold, within the same week, days apart, we both got our ashes.

Anyhow, grats on Huolon I'm still farming him myself... Doesn't seem to like me much at the moment, even though he likes to spawn at the most perfect times for me. Guess he's a bit of a tease. Well over 50 kills (haven't kept count) and nothing yet but... maybe some of your luck will rub off ><

Huo's spawn time is 30 - 60 minutes, if that helps to keep track of the time.

o_O The GM said you cant trade them? Odd. While in a group, the mount dropped for my boyfriend for a second time. He gave it to me since we were in a group and it had the 2 hour "give to someone in the group" message. So it can be traded if you are in a group together. Unless it changed recently.

As I said, my fiance and I were in the same group too when he got his. It didn't have that 2 hr window at all and he couldn't trade it, which further proved the GMs words true. :<

Yeah, it was confirmed in yesterday's hotfix notes that Huolon's mount is no longer tradeable.

"The following bind-on-pickup items are no longer able to be traded between players: Burden of Eternity, Reins of the Thundering Onyx Cloud Serpent, Cauterizing Core, Falling Flame, Golden Moss, Giant Purse of Timeless Coins, Ash-Covered Horn, and Elixir of Ancient Knowledge."

Yea I'm with Junrei, I dont see them taking it away. It's something they missed. you did nothing against the rules. If it was something game breaking thats another story. but this isnt. And if you want the bigger bag achievement you still need it to drop anyway XD
