So the Story goes like this.. The chick that plays wow and does these videos about the patches and stuff and put's them up on YouTube. She wanted to go to Blizzcon pretty bad but couldn't afford it. She said it would of Cost her about $1000 to go. So she puts up this video asking her subs to donate her some cash so she can go. She did this by wearing a shirt that was very low cut and I believe a push up bra to make her breasts look bigger then they really where. So it worked..Like a day later she puts the video to private rather then pull it. When asked where it went she said that she got enough money to go to blizzcon so she pulled the video...

I am not really comfortable with women doing that. Yes it's 'inventive' but abusive. In my opinion it does sort of put a bad name on attractive women as gold diggers. She's a good looking gal who just used probably hundreds of people. I really hope she feels good about herself now. I'd get mad saying shes a horrible example of my gender,but that video will be with her forever. Once its out there you can't get it back. So her future, boyfriends, employers, family, and strangers will be able to see that. She's hurting herself more than other women who don't need to beg to get what they want. Its probably a good thing she's good at begging...employers these days don't have to try hard to do background checks.

It serves a dual purpose, giving women a bad reputation as smutty, using our bodies to get what we want; and that men are so easy that they'll do anything if you show 'em a booby. Neither are true, but the fact that you see stuff like this in the media more than you see decent people only furthers that bad reputation for both genders.

As far as the video itself - I haven't seen it, nor do I care to, because I'm sure I'd find it disgusting. There are other ways of making money and like kairii said, if you can't make it this year, then save up for next year. You learn to save two things: money and dignity. But I'm guessing #2 isn't so high on some peoples' priority list.

I try not to judge the decisions that other people make. Since I'm not them, I figure I'm not usually qualified to judge their decisions. Of course, if their decision affects me then I will often have an opinion ... but since any thinking person will admit that not all people who share one quality are alike, and since I don't care at all what non-thinking people believe, this person's decision has no bearing on me whatsoever.
