I tamed Mazzranache and named him LawnOrnament :) I love him to this very day! Haha.

I knew a Hunter named Mikehawk and his pet was Mikehunt
as for my pets
owl named Hooters

I have a buddy with a hunter named Bill and all his pets are named Ted. They have excellent adventures.
Also HeyBuddy, GlompMachine, GivesHugs, MouthHugs, and Omnomnom are fun.

I've got to hand it to my husband when it comes to his pet names. His Hunter is Snaggletooth and his first ever pet was Snagglepuss. When he switched to Devilsaur, he called it Snaggasaurus. (He joked he was going to name it Thinkhesaurus.)

My own attempts at being funny have included Buster (Crab), Colinmocherie (Ravasaur ... only funny if you've seen Colin Mocherie do a dino on "Whose Line is it Anyway") and Itchyscrachee, the white Barrens lion.

A few people actually do /comfort to Pining, my parrot.

boar -- MooShu
turtle -- SpeedBump
cat -- Tom (Wish hunter can tame mouse as well, so I can name it Jerry.)

There's a hunter in my guild with a pet called Raidwhipejr. When asked what happened to Raidwhipesr she promptly replies, "There was a vote and he had to be put down."
I saw a ravager named Fred. And a Belf hunter named "Lostmynutsck" his pet was called "Foundit".
Saw a funny guild name in LFG "OMGKittensMewMewMew". A druid named Transformerz, and a druid boomkin named Weirdowl.

On my shaman I decided to give everything a name from my mount, a Black raptor named Lucy. To my elementals, earth one is called Bob and the fire is named Steve.

I know it's not a pet name, but since others had mentioned funny guild names, I figured I'd mention one I'm particularly fond of. I found it in the WoW Forums.
