I´m not sure if i will be needing this information but just curious
is tar a corrosive material..
if no; is there ANYTHING it has in common with Patina?
Toxic, etc..
i am REALLY bad at science

just curious if those two names could work as a pair
new question
is the any difference between matter and material?

There's a lot of overlap between them, and their meaning can vary between 'physical objects' to 'important'. Matter is mostly used as a technical term in physics, and material is often used when talking about the components that go into creating something, like crafting materials.
reason why i ask is that i have a dragoncouple in fr named Tar and Carbon,, not sure to refer to them as black matter or black materials
or something different which links the two black materials togetter

Both Black Matter and Black Material would work for that pair, Tarn! Tar and carbon are both often used as materials for this or that, but are also made up of matter.
Asking my fiance since he's the science guy in the relationship.
He says: It's not corrosive but it is a carcinogen. There's information on the wikia. There's a lot of information and I'm unsure what kind of tar you're wanting to know about since there's different kinds.
