What I think all races need is mohawks for girls. Sure, BOY gnomes can have mohawks, but my brash little rarrior lady wants one too and can she have one? NO. Instead she gets the option of .... pigtails.

That's why I specified fel tattoos. They're kinda a unique blood elf thing and extremely important. They're a sign of not regretting what has happened, moving on, and a promise to make the best out of life (in the most over-the-top way possible, of course).

At the least, their tattoos should be unique. No other tattoos should glow green, nor be in the same style.

Yeah, I can definitely see all races getting tattoo-like options. Trolls, tauren and orcs can all get warpaint. Undead can have old, faded tattoos from their human years. Humans get, uh, tatts- as well as elves and draenei. Worgen probably wouldn't have tattoos in worgen form, but as humans they could. Goblins could get tatts too- it would make sense for all of them, really, in some shape or form.

All of them could be unique in some form- fitting the race in some form. I would only think repeating tats would be okay for undead and humans.

I need more customisation for undead. It's always seemed a bit odd to me that *every* male or female have the exactly same bones sticking out of the exact same places, with the only variations being whether or not they have a jaw or a face strapped on by a leather belt... thing. I doubt it'll happen any time soon, but I can dream, so I kinda wish there would be options that would work for other races too, such as a 'weight' scale. The thinner the undead is, the more bones that can be seen through the skin or are prominent. Or even just customisable areas of the body. Sometimes I feel like they should be missing arms or hands, but of course that wouldn't work for, well, the actual gameplay itself.

I know I talk about undead a lot and don't seem to focus on the other races, but I've been so excited for their remake so I can finally play one again. This especially comes from the fact that my first ever proper character was an undead female warlock and I was a roleplayer back then, so I've always felt the need to have more customisation for her to make her feel more unique. I love my Vira to bits.

My bad. I really did not read your other post.

But yeah, there could be tattoos for the suitable races, and warpaint for the rest. Or something.

Oh, I hope they do end up implementing cosmetic gear like that. It would be great to have head pieces that would give a facial tattoo!

The tattoo thing...hmm maybe add it to the barber shop and add those kind of things later and not on character creation. Else it will end up like Skyrim and it takes you an hour to make an alt

Oh and leave the worgen alone! I LIKE my female worgen as they are. Yes I might be weird but thats how i feel.

Bowno, that looks cool. But what I meant was that it wouldn't make sense that something with fur had tattoos. War paint on the other hand is a great idea.

I read they also had runic tattoos, or something along those lines, but as a person who plays mostly blood elves and love their lore, I'm in complete agreement with this. It's always bugged the hell out of me that playable blood elves don't have an option for these tattoos, and were given frou-frou nail polish instead. >_< NONE of my blood elves are ditzy valley girls, and I'm going to be sad if the nail polish persists. At least give us an option to not have it, please. (And apologies to any of those who actually like the nail polish.)

And it would be nice if female blood elves got an option for a new voice set, because I utterly despise the one they have and always block it out (I wish there was an option to turn voices completely off). None of my ladies sound like... that. And here's hoping they'll bring the Dance Studio back from the dead, I'm not overly fond of the Britney Spears dance we got stuck with instead of the dance they had in the BC beta.

But, rantlet aside, I'm all for blood elves getting these tattoos like they should have.
