All i can make out from the tiny pic is a cape apparel...

It is apparel, but the spots with the cape and no dragon is probably what's making peeps thinking new dragons.

That's old though, if I'm not mistaken? When they made the floating leaves they had three empty breed slots.. but more breeds? Bring it ooooon
