Since I hadn't seen this mentioned...
Not all, but most mounts and pets are currently discounted to half price in the new in-game version of the Blizzard store.
I don't have a list of which aren't, but the only mount I saw that wasn't discounted was the brand new Fey Dragon.

My account was inactive when the bat mount was introduced, so it will be nice to only pay half-price for it.
