RAF Account

Since noone seems to read my question in the minipet section I'll repeat it here:

So I have a question for those who did raf themselves already.
I just send an RAF invite to my other email. I registered the account and bought the 5€ game version. Now do I only have to add 2 months of playtime to this new account and I will get the mount on my "old" account? Or do I have to do something special like add my battletag or play the other account?

you do have to buy 2 months of time.

I just did the exact same thing.

But you won't get your mount/pet bonus until the free month has passed.

I THINK that if you buy a game time card and use it immediately, it activates the bonus mount/pet right away. But if you pay for time on the new account using your credit card, it waits for the free month to be up, then for your credit card to pass for the monthly payments.

Thank you Sukurachi, I'm planning on using a game card since in Germany I can only do abonnements with my credit card and I don't want to miss a timeline to cancle the sub

Then I'll buy two game cards tomorrow.

Yes ty Suku was wondering the same thing! I did it with my fiance but hadn't received anything as he added game time with his debit card...the first month should be up today so hopefully I'll get something soon!

Even if you use game codes, there's now a one-week delay.

I just bought the 2 months gamecard for my RAF account.

I don't intend to play on this account. So I wanted to ask if someone here was interested in playing 3 months on it? Just send me a pm. I also don't know if Blizzard allows account sharing. If they don't I would be grateful if someone told me about it

I still havent gotten my free time or mount after the month is up! Its just balls that I can't make a ticket on it either..guess I just have to wait it out :/

Very strange....

I started my 3rd account (on the same battle.net), and then added by Blizzshop 3 months of game time.
I was assuming that I would have to wait until January 4th or so to get my RAF reward.

Yesterday I was able to claim my mount!

BTW: the 2-person mount STILL has trouble with crossing over into certain places. Your passenger falls off. Northrend is particularly annoying for this, since you don't know exactly where the lines are that separate "zoned/phased" areas from the rest.

Odd! I've done it twice since the new RaF program came into effect and both times I've not been able to claim the reward until one week later, to the minute! Maybe they relaxed the rules!

7 days to the minute after I added the gamecard I was able to claim my Zhevra. Larkania is a very happy Tauren now.

Bah! I should of read this yesterday. I had to open a ticket to a GM to get this info. Was wondering what was on the go. There wasn't a week delay when i did it with my brother 2 summers ago.

This information should be on Blizz webpage. Told the GM to go yell at someone to add it to the page so folks don't waste time creating tickets!

...6 days and counting down until i get me rocket and feat of strength #74! (#75 if i can get that xmas sweater from the daily tonight!)

So, since I did recruit a friend on the 31st and added 3 months of game time I should roughly get my reward... soon-ish? Or do I have to wait until the free month is up before it gives me the reward?
